On January 6th, The Lexington County Gamecock Club hosted a banquet at Timberlake Country Club welcoming our new Head Baseball Coach Paul Mainieri and our new Head Softball Coach Ashley Chastain. The event was attended by over 110 fans and featured a gourmet meal prepared by Timberlake’s Executive Chef Mike Gowen (a Carolina Alumnus), a silent auction and raffle prizes. Also in attendance were student athletes Ethan Petry, Matthew Becker, Arianna Rodi and Jori Heard who were available for autographs. The banquet featured both coaches as they discussed the plans for Carolina Baseball and Softball.
